Wunderkammer

Simple cuisine is something more and more guests crave. And that does not mean less precision or creativity. Because of this, the Wunderkammer follows the idea of an Austrian trattoria. Uncomplicated atmosphere in a room painted by Paul Renner, Austrian classics and alpine- wintery dishes. The drinks menu fulfils every wish: from simple beers to one of the country’s best wine lists, compiled by sommelier of the year 2018 Josef Neulinger. At lunchtime and all afternoon long dishes from our lunch menu are served in all restaurants and on the terrace.
