Almhof Schneider shows extraordinary attention to detail. Subtlety and waywardness of the architecture are reflected in the kitchen’s approach, too. While at Wunderkammer (see Wunderkammer im Almhof Schneider) the idea is that of an Austrian trattoria, the Restaurant im Almhof Schneider specialises in elegant fine dining. The cuisine is sophisticated yet charmingly simple and contemporary. At lunchtime and throughout the afternoon dishes from the light-lunch menu are served in all restaurants and on the terrace. The matching wine menu was put together by sommelier of the year 2018, Josef Neulinger. The Tagesbar and the Smoker’s Lounge are perfect for aperitif and digestif.
